The role and purpose of Fungal Genetics Ltd is to organise and deliver ECFG9 in April 2008. It is a "not for profit" company and limited by guarantee.
INTRODUCTION
By visiting and using this Website to register with ECFG9 you are entering into a legally binding contract and deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions as set out below and in the separate privacy policy.
These terms and conditions may be changed at any time and will be posted online.
REGISTRATION
You are deemed to have registered for ECFG9 when you confirm your registration and made the required payment as shown. Your registration will be confirmed by email. Registration for the conference has been contracted to Intelligent Events Ltd. Acknowledgement of your registration will be made by email generated via this website.
ABSTRACTS
Abstracts for posters or oral papers presented at ECFG9 can only be accepted via the website. Abstracts submitted after the closing date cannot be accepted for the conference. Abstracts are posted through a website owned and maintained by Oxford Abstracts Ltd. Your abstract will be viewed, prior to the conference, by the local organising committee and the session organisers who will consider your contribution as relevant to the topic of their session and the associated poster sessions. Their decision is final. Decisions on your poster will be notified by email by mid-February at the latest.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel your attendance at the conference please advise by email giving your name and registration reference number. Cancellations made up to January 31 2008 will be subject to a refund of 80% of the total sum paid.
